MTB loop. Road ride was nice. Read somewhere that you "can ride all the way to the top if you have the legs" and that is complete bullshit. The only way you can bike this whole route is if you have a yamaha 450f. Lots of push-a-bike, way more than I was expecting. But, it's worth it. Cause the ride down from the east peak is excellent loose/steep fast old school mtb. Great scenery. If I were to repeat I'd probably just push up to the east peak and go back down from there. Had a lot of fun in the end but this is a hike that you can bring a bike on.
