Lovely, cool day for a hike. Gravel lot at trailhead has room for four cars. Trails are extraordinarily well blazed and well maintained. Two different rocky ledges have cairns; we climbed up both sites. No views from the summit, but there are lots of beautiful trees. Heard a barred owl, and saw a baby milk snake at the summit. The creek crossing bridge, which is a metal deck, is rather wobbly.
