Parked in the big parking lot at the end of West End Drive. From there, I walked out into the open field and bypassed the buildings of Norco College. In the backyard of the college is the campus high point, which is Peak 718. Appropriately, a student desk sits on the summit of this very easy climb. The site overlooks the nearby naval weapons center. Peak 745 and Peak 749 are in view but are off limits since the peaks are on the Naval base.
