From the Silver Moccasin Trail in Chilao Campground, I went north toward the peaks. At a saddle, I scrambled up Peak 5520. Despite being a small peak it has great views of the surroundings peaks. From the same saddle, I worked my way up Peak 5560, where I experienced many more views of the surrounding San Gabriels.
