Climbed this mountain from both sides has I ran out-and-back along the AT. Part of a 23-mile, 5,600 foot of elevation day. The only thing on this mountain is a deer stand in the forest. Made my way to the week after climbing up Crabtree Falls. I then made my way over to Spy Rock.
