The first peak of the day as buddy and I ran 10 new epic miles of the AT. Views were had through the winter trees of surrounding peaks. Took a winding forest road to the AT and then continued to climb as we headed south. According to my records, this was the 50th peak in my 100 peak challenge of my first year living in Roanoke.
