My friend Oli wanted to run this loop, so I thought I go with him because I never "ran" it. The trail was very muddy as usual, but we were pushing pretty good all the way to the top where the trail got very eroded with small landslides. The crossover from Palikea to the other side of the crater is eroded and over used as well. On the way down we sped up to make sure we finish the loop under 2h, which we managed to achieve.
