"Alone. I departed from the Dundonnell road, going via Loch a’ Braoin to Sgurr Dubh, finding a way up the NE corner of Tom an Fhiodha. I reached the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair and then the main top. The descent was just to the north of the East Top, descending more or less east to meet the path from Loch an Nid. It was dry, warm and clear. Sgurr Dubh and the East Top of Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair have recently been promoted to being Munro Tops. I had hoped that I would be able to complete all the Munro Tops by the time I made the ascent of Slioch, my final Munro, on 01/08/1987 so I did not make it then, but have now completed all the Munro Tops." — peter43 • Aug 10, 1987
"Cairngorm Club overnight meet. After Beinn a’ Chlaidheimh had been ascended the previous evening. I departed at 02:50 from a bivvy at Am Briseadh with a club member. We reached Sgurr Ban at 03:50, Mullach Coire Mhic Fhearchair at 04:40, and Meall Garbh at 05:30. I continued alone to the rest of the Fisherfield six." — peter43 • Jun 28, 1981
