Hiked out Cottonwood Wash, then up the loose west side of the ridge. Crossed over the ridge, then to the narrow edge part. It is possible to avoid the edge by dropping off the left side to a rough sheep trail, but that trail is also a little creepy. Dropped down the other side on the east ridge & took a narrow wash into Pinto Valley to see some very old petroglyphs. From there, I went up Pinto Valley to Hamblin East Peak. I'll log that one separately.
