"September 29, 2024. A busy day on the mountain. We started at 7:30am and quickly made it to the summit block, only to find a group of 3, 4, 2, and 7 in line to climb. The group of 7 was a Mazamas group climb and they took 3 hours to clear the crux of the climb. We went back down and waited in the sun for a bit, then we protected the crux and scrambled around the group of 7 on another route. We did not need protection the rest of the way to the summit. Amazing views from the top, could even see Marys Peak. We did 3 big raps down and one little rap. 60m rope did the job. A new mountain for all of us. With James, Ryan, Pascal, and Willow. "Definitely the hardest out of TFJ and n sister . Everything solid where it needs to be, first pitch is a legit 5.4 climb with exposure, rest is easy class 3/4. As fun a peak as I’ve ever done , this one has it all " — joshortman • Oct 8, 2023
