September is my favorite month to hike, mostly because the weather is nice and crowds are lower. This trail will always be crowded, but at least the weather was nice! From the summit of the pass I walked north to Pawnee Peak, Mount Toll, then back to Shoshoni Peak to finish the day. I took it slow just so I could make the hike last all day long. The IPW is too beautiful to leave!
