Steve, Alex and myself had a great hike up to Helen Lake. Tons of snow. Shoveled a spoty for our tent, ate, kicked back for a bit and then crashed. Woke up around 4:30 for the summit, but had to wait out white out conditions. Finally got on the summit trip at around 5:30. Made it to Red Banks by 9:30 or so, but turned back due to high winds and deteriorating conditions and Steve having slight shortness of breath. The glacade down was, of course, a blast.
