We started out at four in the morning, trudging up in the darkness at a relatively easy pace. The mountain was simple but very satisfying, with a diverse range in its flora.

Near the peak the trail changed into tree-less paths that make the hike unbearable when done when the sun is at its highest. It becomes unreadable as the grassland comes uo high enough to pass over our heads. We were rewarded with wide views of the plains and farms surrounding the area. It's a good warm up hike that may lead to the other possible trails in the province.
