"Super nice trail! The beginning is a nice packed dirt path up pine groves, and it is the steepest part of the trail besides the summit. After circle awl peak, the trail is a nice moderate incline until bakers pass. Push to summit of Raymond is a little loose, some sections of rock you need to scramble over, but nothing hard or exposed. Overall great trail and great views from the summit!" — easton • Sep 26, 2024

"We bagged both Raymond and Gobbler's Knob in one trip. My 10 year old didn't like Raymond's, but loved Gobbler's although my 14 year old loved Raymond's. He especially loved the scrambling. We headed up from Butler Fork and the wildflowers were in abundance. The hike to the saddle is a real treat. " — jdlynsky • Jun 24, 2016
