This was my first adventure into the Never Summer Range in RMNP. It was more of a scouting hike for next summer, so I decided to hike to the park's northern boundary to familiarize myself with the area. From the Colorado River trailhead I went up Little Yellowstone Canyon to LaPoudre Pass, summitted Neota, Thunder Mtn, Lulu Mtn., and descended Thunder Pass back to the trailhead. Round trip was just over 18 miles.
