A Climb during Bagyong Ineng at Mt. Irid Sta Ines, Rizal last August 21-23, 2015
with INClimber. The climb was plan for overnight only but because of the Heavy Rains we are stranded for one night at Sta Ines Brgy. Hall. and the Team got home August 23, 2015.

December 11-12, 2013
Day 1 – December 11 (Wednesday)
0800 – Meet up at Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal (Flying V)
0830 – Ride jeepney going to Cogeo. Drop off at Brgy. Batanggasan (Marcos Highway)
0900 – ETA Brgy. Batanggasan. Proceed to Brgy. Sta. Ines (walkathon )
1100 – ETA Brgy. Sta Ines. Register at the Brgy and courtesy call to the Military Detachment.
Arrange guide.
1200 – Take lunch then prepare for trek going to Sitio Sadlak
1300 – Start trek to Sitio Sadlak (prepare for 11 river crossings). Visit Kinabuan Falls if possible.
1700 – ETA Sitio Sadlak (Basecamp). Set up camp then prepare for dinner.
1900 – Dinner then socials
2100 – Lights off
Day 2 – December 12 (Thursday)
0500 – Wakeup call. Prepare for breakfast and packed lunch.
0600 – Breakfast then prepare for summit assault.
0630 – Start summit assault.
1030 – ETA Mt. Irid summit (Pinnacle). Explore and picture taking
1100 – Start descent back to Sitio Sadlak
1330 – ETA Sitio Sadlak
1400 – Proceed to Brgy. Sta Ines
1700 – ETA Brgy. Sta Ines. Log out.
1730 – Proceed to Brgy. Batanggasan (Marcos Highway).

"Ten (10) members of the U.P. Mountaineers (UPM) Exploration Team reached the summit of Mt. IRID on March 11, 1979 at exactly 1711 Hours/5:11 PM. Climb duration: 09-12 March 1979 in clear weather and zero casualty.
