Great hike! The majority of the hike is incline, rocky, with a few rock steps and occasional scramble. Views are limited until you reach the summit, but when you get there, WOW! Gorgeous views from the observation tower, 360 degrees!! We ate lunch on the observational tower for the gentle breeze to escape the bugs. Love Mt. Blue! Parking is limited, only holds about 8 cars. Bear to the right when you come to a fork in the road from Carrier rd, the trail head is not marked until you drive down the road.
