I'd been wanting to climb this for a while, just because of its proximity to other hills in the area, it looked like it afforded a good view of them. Unfortunately it was not that clear a day so the higher peaks were obscured, though there was a good angle on Caccume.
Parked at church to north, descended a little down road, then took the gravel path up to the saddle where there is a small hut and animal pens. From here, pretty much straight up the ridge. A bit overgrown in places, but a fair number or little tracks to get to the top. At the top is the ruin of what must have been quite a substantial building. From the top the notion was to descend southish to find what looked like a more substantial path from the farm. But we ended up skirting around the admittedly quite wild top and descending gradually. This was a short walk followed by a hop up the hill to the north.
