"Parked on road to wws and roughly followed bridleway that runs west-east slightly to the south. Crossed three rain engorged streams in the gullies, to reach the foot of this where left bridleway (for what it is) and climbed faint path direct to top. Returned same way, surprisingly with dry feet!" — vygodski • Feb 23, 2020
"Parked on the lane on the west side of the River Severn and headed north to Nannerth Fawr along the road. Then the bridleway up the east ridge past a radio mast, through sheep pasture, and up onto the open moor. Then rough pathless ground to the summit. Continued on to Penrhiw-wen and Esgair Dderw before heading down into Cwm Coch by the bridleway back to the car. Solo. Grey and cloudy with a few spots of rain. Cold north-west wind. Some sunshine much later on final descent." — marktrengove2 • Mar 12, 2017
