"We spent a weekend camping at Frontenac Provincial Park. Our campsite was on Big Salmon Lake site 4a. We took a hike from our campsite to Mink Lake Lookout. An enjoyable hike with great views. " — jasaru • Dec 12, 2018
"What a slog this turned out to be !! Headed out from the North East corner, via Big Salmon lake, for a round trip of about 18.1km. The deep snow made it feel a lot longer. This lookout has some great views of the park. #1 of Today." — HikingViking • Feb 17, 2018
"We returned to this amazing part of the Frontenac park to get out there and to pursue the lookout challenge in winter. It was a very different view from back in the summer! And trudging through miles of unbroken trail made it even more challenging." — RangersApprentice • Feb 17, 2018
"This was our 4th lookout of the day, and it didn't disappoint. You can clearly tell that this was the highest point in the Frontenac Provincial Park. The views make everywhere else look flat !! but, I can assure you that isn't the case. The views aren't 360, but are awesome none the less. It was worth adding on the extra 3 or so miles to our loop hike to bag this one. Again, I highly recommend this for people hiking in the area." — HikingViking • Jul 22, 2017
"Fourth peak of the day, this is the highest point in the Frontenac Provincial Park and the views really are spectacular from here! You are above the treeline of the rest of the park and can see for miles." — RangersApprentice • Jul 22, 2017
