So this turned out to become a rather long trip eventually. Started from Marquartstein, past Schnappenkirche, visited the Madonna, a sharp peak with steep drops, Hochlerch and Zwölferspitz (some scrambling between the two), Hochgern (very crowded), continued across Hasenpoint towards Jochbergalm (some scrambling, not continuous paths), scaled the Dampfschiff (steam boat, for its shape as it emerges from the forest) and the Kleiner Rechenberg (hard-to-follow path featuring scrambling between the two) aaaand then went back to the car.
