9/11/22: Beautiful day after cold rain cleared the smoky skies. First trip with Tim Howard and Paul Williams from the CMC. After two miles on the Grays Peak NRT, we headed up the south slopes through a herd of about 8 mountain goats to the west ridge with constant front porch views of Grays and Torreys and the Divide peaks to the north. Took the more direct (and much steeper) slopes to the east back. The guys had some footing issues but we made it back without and major issues. (4.8/2000)
