I climbed Kala Patthar in the dark so I would have a sunrise view of Everest Peak and the surrounding peaks. The view was awesome but the windchill was brutal that morning so I didn't stick around very long. I took a few photos and returned to the tea house for a warm breakfast and hooked back up with my group (they had all stayed in their warm sleeping bags). Their loss!
