Took a few moments to find the entrance - the larger sign on the road seems to be missing(?) - or perhaps we came from the wrong direction (we came from CT driving east into RI, rather than driving west from inside RI). The trail is marked by a tiny sign from the highpointer's club that seems to be embedded in the middle of a large rhododendron/mountain laurel bush. Anyway - "the hike" is a very easy and very short walk along a well-marked and maintained forest path to a large flat stone with a cairn on top, a rusting metal chair, and the "summit" register. (I giggle every time I say "summit" in regards to Jerimoth Hill. I'm not sure it even qualifies as a hill?). This is a very, very easy state high point. #14 for me, and #1 for my companion who was kindly willing to indulge me in this adventure.
