The first part of the trail is Grizzly Flats, which is an old fire road. It is overgrown and a few obstacles in the way higher up the trail. Once you get to the power line tower, the trail goes pretty much straight up the mountain. This part is overgrown and has some loose footing. There are a couple of false peaks. At the summit, someone built a teepee out of old yucca blooms. Nice views at the summit. Lots of bugs heading to the top. Make sure to wear pants for this one.
