The Aspiring Guides Mountaineering Skills Course #9 2016 summited Hochstetter Dome on Friday 15th April 2016. We free-climbed to the shoulder at 2500 metres (approx.) then made a pitched ascent to the summit ridge from the North face. The climb and return trip took approx 12 hours from Kellman Hut at the top of Tasman Glacier.
