SR4 was re-opened after a month-long closure following a big October storm. Probably would have been better to wait until next year, but I was feeling greedy/impatient to grab another SPS peak. We made the summit, but it was a tough outing due to challenging snow conditions. Not enough juice to continue on to Silver Peak.
