Bert and I braved Hell's Highway 940 and Hell's weather to do the highpoint on the north end of Hell's Ridge. Weather sucked, snow was deep in some spots, hard crust along the ridge, saturated most places... definitely a day to watch for slides and sluffs. It rained, it snowed, it sleeted. It was a Gore-tex day. We just ascended to the high point and then came down rather than traversing the ridge.
