"This six peak route was stitched together by taking several segments of other routes and linking them up for one great, challenging, fun route. We took minimal, short breaks in order to assure that we could get it done in a reasonable amount of time....being that no one we knew had ever done it, so the time to complete was a guesstimate. Nine hours later we arrived back at the car, completing an epic, loop adventure. If you use the attached track, please be aware that there may be sections of it that you might not want to attempt unless you are used to climbing Class 4/5 without ropes. What a day!" — Heartattackbruce • Oct 22, 2023
"Starting to love this route. This is the second time to do this route as we did it today....up to Shark Boulder out of Pine Creek, continue on up to Juniper Peak, traverse the ridge line back towards Gunsight and climb the short class 5 section on the ridge line, north side of the 70 foot wall, summit Gunsight and come down the notch. You will need to be comfortable with free climbing class 5 to do this route. It's a fun, challenging route!" — Heartattackbruce • Jun 23, 2023
"Pretty nice trail all the way up both of these . No real crux on juniper. Gunsights is about halfway up the gully at the handline and right after where you have to tunnel up the chimney . Solid peaks " — joshortman • May 12, 2023
"The goal of this route was to find the climbing route around the 70 foot sheer wall on the traverse between Juniper and Gunsight. We were successful. It takes a couple of class 5 moves, but overall very doable. In my opinion it is easier to go up it than down it. Possible anchor point for a webbing assist, if needed. "Hiked up Pine Creek to take a different route up to Gunsight Notch Peak from the west ridge. From there, we traversed to Juniper Peak. The traverse was super scenic with 1 rappel. We took the standard route down Juniper Peak back to the Pine Creek TH." — Kevin • Nov 16, 2019
"Started at Pine Creek and took Juniper Canyon up to Gunsight Notch Peak. From Gunsight Notch went up to Walk Up Wall then back down Juniper Canyon. Distance: 9 miles. Net elevation gain: 2,600 feet" — jasonj • Apr 3, 2015
"Hiked up Juniper Canyon & up through Gunsight Notch to Gunsight Notch Peak, then traversed around to Rainbow Wall & Rainbow Peak. On the way back, I ran up to Walk Up Wall, before descending back down through the notch." — Kevin • Nov 9, 2013
