Did the mountain in a two day trip from Shanghai. Pretty serene one, no one was there. Reached Shikuocun by public transport and started walking from there. Took the one from Liangzhai. This and the most of the trails are paved. There is a rock glacier along the route which can be used for a nice scramble so to break the monotony of the paved path. Camped near the top, right in the middle of a trail, due to no other space fit. Ascended to the peak next morning and down again.
