Tom and I did the Catskill 9 from Denning to Slide Mountain PA. A saunter of just over 16.5 miles on a day that improved from cloudy to sunny with on/off blustery wind. Bumped into Ralph Ryndak and cohort just below the summit of Balsam Cap, they were out doing the 6. With a growing network of herd paths we made it over the Dink unscathed and no holes in our clothing. Had all the summits to ourselves including Witt where we took a break for some sustenance before heading back to Corn and onto Slide.
