We were going for Mt. Arthurs, but was it got cut short because of a gate blocking the road. We went up Finlayson Ridge instead. The road now ends within a km of the ridge. See "Hiking in the Okanagan and Southern Monashees" for details. Access is pretty clear on Google Earth.
