"I come from the peaks of Majal del Puerco and Morrón de Alhama and go towards Morrón de Espuña following the trails used in the nineteenth century by forest workers to repopulate these mountains under the orders of Engineer Codorniú.
The temperature has dropped but I am enjoying some spectacular landscapes and pure air. Near the top I surprise two vultures squawking away. I can also hear the faint hum of the military radar that monitors the airspace." — franciscobirruezo • Feb 13, 2022

"It is said that from the top of this mountain you can see The Coast of Africa (more than 130 miles away) but the fog has prevented us from seeing it. We have found remains of Arruis as we climb, surrounding the imposing rocky walls on the East. The disappointment comes from finding a military zone sign that prevents us from moving further. Anyway we are in the upper plateau and the geodesic is inside the Base. When descending we find old deposits of snow." — franciscobirruezo • Oct 14, 2017
