Made a quick one after getting off from work in N. Orange County (also where I live) at 1 pm. I needed some time in the local mountains, and Elsinore Peak was a nice, mellow warm up for another peak I would later visit near Blue Jay Campground shortly after this one! Great, cool onshore breezes and fresh scents made this visit even better than usual (my 3rd visit there). I did the same as usual, following the service road up from S. Main Divide to the top!
