Ed and I strapped on snowshoes and headed up the Seager trail on a patchwork of bare ground and ice. Once on the whack up the ridge we put on the snowshoes with the snow depth slowly increasing. Above 3500’ we encountered nice powdery fluff to the canister which we enjoyed shushing through on our descent.
