Parked on Emperor Road near the intersection of McLaughln. From there, a Jeep road cuts across the field and climbs into the hills. The Jeep road leads to a saddle between the double high points. I visited the slightly lower one first which has a weather station on top. To visit the highest point, I left the dirt road where a well defined use trail goes straight to the summit. Good views from the top.
