From a side street off of Avalon Parkway (Cane Bay Lane), I walked to Avalon Parkway and crossed the street at a hairpin turn. The trail begins there. The pathway goes to the south side of the hill. I picked up a use trail that climbs away from the level trail at the base. The summit gets reached rather quickly with good city views. The Hill is also high enough to peek over the dam and see Lake Perris.
