When I write these lines we have been martial law in Spain for five days, France is also like that two days ago, in Italy much more. The streets of the cities are deserted and everything seems unreal, the population takes it the best they can and with enough civility and tranquility.
I say this because I don't know when I can climb more mountains without breaking the law, risking a fine or arrest for being away from home.
On the other hand, this mountain still retains some value in terms of flora and fauna, having
also spectacular views over the Isla del Fraile. This island was inhabited in Roman times and the famous "Garum" was produced there, which was exported to the entire empire.
A narrow trail dotted with thyme and asparagus leads to its summit.
