"May 9, best weather you could imagine. I walked from the Seatoller bus station southwards on the route west of the Seathwaite Fell to bag Scafell Pike. The other peaks could be bagged on the descent tour. At the "Great End" you have marvellous views in all directions." — markorothe • May 9, 2025

"From parking at Blea Tarn, short walk north before taking steep path eastwards. To the south west of the top there is a crossroads of sorts, from there it is 70m altitude to top. Extremely blustery up there, I almost got blown off! Descended to "crossroads" and returned south west, following wall and fence." — vygodski • Mar 5, 2025
"Coniston Fells plus variations.
Brim Fell via the slabs, Coniston Old Man, Dow Crag via South Rake, Grey Friar, Swirl How, Black Sails, Weatherlam.
Descent to Coniston including down and re-ascent of Steel Edge just for the fun of it!" — johnandsue4fun • Aug 31, 2024
