"Dogs and I did the Suicide Bluffs to Dog Mountain. We started up early in the morning and we had the trail to ourselves all the way to the Bluffs to Dog Mtn. I t is a nice short hike of 5-6 km. It is good for dogs as there a few tarns on the bluff for a swim or a drink. We did not go to Dog as I needed to be back early.m" — andrewbrintnell1 • Aug 25, 2021

"Took Palm and Chola on an early morning hike up De Pencier Bluff. We took the Mystery Lake trail to the bluff trail. We were on the summit at about 0900. The views were spectacular. The cliffs down to De Pencier Lake were large. We spent an hour on top and returned same way.

"Manage to summit Suicide Bluffs today. Some part were a bit steep and could have needed some proper crampons/ice axe rather than micro spikes and hiking poles. Still managed to push safely using mountaineering technique. Fun day!" — WaffleEaterSkier • Apr 4, 2021

"First hike in winter with spikes/snowshoes. Uneventful up to Dog Mountain. Micro spikes only. Tried to go to Suicide Bluffs and had to put snowshoes on. Track was hard to find but managed to stay on it. At the base of Suicide Bluffs, I realized it was harder than expected and wasn't prepare enough. Turned back." — WaffleEaterSkier • Mar 12, 2021

"Went up with a friend for the day. Beautiful day, not a cloud in the sky. Made it to the ridge in 2.5 hours. Left my friend there since he wasn’t comfortable going up the last part. Went up for a quick view at the summit, then back down to join my friend for lunch on the ridge. Great views as always on a sunny day. Back down to the car in 2 hours. " — PabloBruneau • Sep 4, 2020
