[work in progress] The ultimate peak challenge in Taiwan. Includes 100 peaks all originally thought to be over 3,000 m high selected based on difficulty, beauty, prominence, and uniqueness. Includes peaks in the Central, Xueshan, and Yushan ranges. Created in 1971. 20 sub-challenges are included in the Baiyue, all of them featured on peakery: Pointy 3, 4 Beauties, Big 5, Simple 6, Contiguous 6, Steep 7, Craggy 8, Narrow 8, 8 Beauties, Little 8, Lofty 9, Level 9, Remote 9, 9 Walls, Precipitous 10, Gentle 10, Rocky 10, Verdant 10, and Majestic 10. Note that you'll need to get permits in advance to climb many of the more difficult peaks.
