"Nice neighborhood on a hill in Paris, we were at night and one morning. Maybe late at night there are few people on the streets and can give a sense of insecurity. However, during the day there is a magnificent and peaceful atmosphere. The Basilica of the Sacred Heart is a must-see for its beauty and architecture. There are steep steps to access the highest point of the neighborhood, where the views of the city of Paris are very beautiful." — franciscobirruezo • Feb 24, 2020

"Another retroactive addition of a tower. I went up a lot of these before I started peakbagging.
Let's see what I can remember of the Eiffel Tower. There was practically no line. I got right in and the security person was happy to converse in English. The views of Paris were very good despite the cloudy skies. I was able to spot other landmarks such as Arc de Triomphe and Les Invalides in the distance. My Paris photos including these weren't great I'll admit. I preferred the ones I later took in Rome where the natural lighting was better. " — theascent • Feb 16, 2009
