"Lots of people. Most people took the cable ride up and then hiked from there which is probably over half of the trail. If you want the challenge and view from below hike up from the bottom" — markorrupt • Jan 11, 2025
"Road leading up to the trailhead is a one lane road. The mountain maker is beside the KBS antenna tower however you cant walk through it you have to go down the trail. Limited parking more parking at the helipad about less than 3 miles to the top. The wooden deck is currently under construction until october" — markorrupt • Sep 29, 2024
"Seoul National university route. False summit at the top and its 0.5k to the summit. After the false summit, you will take the trail down and lose elevation and the route will meet with another main route to the summit. At the top it looks like there is another route from the north(stairs see summit photo)" — markorrupt • Aug 3, 2024
"We took the popular course 1 (observatory) to the summit. Nice trail with the majority of the trail on a unpaved road. And the remaining on a dirt trail ending with a choice at the end to take a .1km steep stairs (hard) or a .3km trail(easier) to the summit . We took the hard route. Awesome hikers on the trail" — markorrupt • Jul 27, 2024
"We started at the oseosan national recreational forest (west). Steep climb with a nice temple to cool down about a .4km (?) will continue to climb till you arrive at an intersection 1km from the summit(see photos). You will see steep stairway then keep climbing to some rocky area to the communications tower. Walk north along the trail along the ridge line about 200m to the actual summit. Nice view of the west coast. " — markorrupt • Jul 27, 2024
