"The Jackson 10". Includes 10 peaks surrounding the outdoor crossroads town of Jackson, Wyoming. Builds on the Jackson 5 with 5 additional peaks. Most of these peaks are short day trips from town. A couple are bigger efforts (Jackson Peak, Sleeping Indian). The most difficult peak in the challenge is Cache Peak, 18 miles roundtrip with a non-technical, scramble finale. All the other peaks have trails to their summits. A great challenge to explore the beautiful and less traveled areas around Jackson, especially the amazing but often overlooked Gros Ventre Wilderness to the east of town.

"Great day out up Jackson Peak. So green after all the rains. 360 views from Jackson taking in the Snake Rivers, Tetons, and Gros Ventres. Dog ran off on way down and had to backtrack a bit. Its GPS collar said it traveled 18 miles during the hike. Huge energy. " — scott • Aug 10, 2023
"An amazing day hike. Took the Coal Creek Trail up most of the way, then the Taylor Mountain Trail to the saddle, then took a left and followed the ridge crest to the false summit, where there was a little exposure and Class 2 scrambling along the last stretch of the ridge to the summit. Overall rating 8/10, the perfect hiking for anyone driving through the area who wants a taste of high Teton scenery without having to work too hard or drive too far to get it" — MountainQuest • Sep 12, 2021
"Did this a bit early in the season to see the Tetons. Was getting an itch for actual altitude. There were boot tracks all the way up and it was a pleasant (though fast) glissade down." — Irrationalist • May 13, 2016
