Make a quick getaway from Denver to climb this collection of local peaks. All 25 peaks lie within 30 miles of downtown Denver so no excuses, get out there and summit one of these puppies. Special thanks to peakery member IanWright for help with this challenge.

"Great two-peak day! Berrian was a partial bushwhack (at least the way I did it), and there was enough snow/ice that micro spikes definitely helped. Afterward, I drove to 3 Sisters Park and Hiked up Elephant Butte, which was also a really fun hike with great views." - Elephant Butte, LGH-Dan, Nov 18, 2017

"I only planned to bag Plymouth, but decided halfway into the hike that I needed more time in the mountains, so I went for a fun little bushwhack over to Wilds, and then Bill Couch. I had a nice tumble on some wet moss that tore up my arm pretty good, and a fun rattlesnake encounter, but aside from that it was a great hike! " - Plymouth Mountain, LGH-Dan, Aug 13, 2017

"Nice 9+ mile hike for a late start! Set a record personal best pace on this guy because I ran down most of it, and finished the entire out and back in 2:39, with an average speed of 3.4 mph (max 7 mph). I fear I might be starting to enjoy trail running (at least on the descents..)" - Bergen Peak, LGH-Dan, Jul 1, 2017
