"I attempted the loop for Megunticook, Adam's Lookout to Maiden Cliff. Thick sheets of ice covered the trail requiring my spikes. The hike took longer than expected so I cut the hike short, and omitted Maiden's Cliff and the summit of Mt. Battie. " — CAnn • Mar 18, 2022

"Easy, pleasant hike in glorious Labor Day weather. Great views in all directions. Somewhat busy, but never a problem. We had not hiked it coming from the south before; we took the western Woods Loop trail going up (somewhat sunnier) and the eastern Woods Loop trail going down (shadier with lots of big oaks.) "It's wild blueberry season, so it was time for a visit to this small peak. Tons of blues on the summit, which is essentially just a big berry barren. A lot of wild blackberries and raspberries along the trail in. Great family hike." — mikewilliamsjr • Aug 9, 2020

"Jules, Noah, and Marla. Up from Barnestown Road Access to Buzzard’s Ledge then across the ridge from Thorndike Brook intersection; down via the ski trails to Hosmer Brook Trail." — rwthacke • Jun 7, 2020

"Cameron seemed mysterious to me ... the weird corner of the Camden Hills that nobody visited (except winery visitors and mountain bikers). Marla and I made the jaunt via the Multi-Use Trail." — rwthacke • May 21, 2020
