"Was one of the shortest hikes i can ever say i was on but a good filler concidering it was my third climb of the day and a fire tower bonus, great weather but cold -17c but dressed perfectly No spikes, snowshoes or poles needed. Awesome day on the trails" - Belfry Mountain, ramjet1963, Jan 13, 2019
"Belfry Mountain January 3rd, 2019 11:02a Well this is gonna be a short one, we started our hike at about 10:50a-ish and made it to the top in what seemed like 5 minutes. Belfry is definitely on my top 5 list of favorite mountains because of that. When we started I had my microspikes on but my friend Ben did not so he was slipping all over the place due to the amount of powder-snow covering a thick smooth layer of ice. When we reached the top we went up into the fire tower took some pictures, hung out and now we are ready to head back down about 30 minutes later or so, we spent more time" - Belfry Mountain, devenmosher24, Jan 3, 2019
"The Pinnacle December 9th, 2018 10:56a My friend, Raynebow and I started the hike at 10:44a this morning and the start of the trail was extremely steep and the path is windy but about a third of the way up we found a bench on the side of the trail so we decided to stop and take a break. 11:16a We reached the top and found another bench, the third on the trail. It’s not windy or cold and the view is breathtakingly beautiful. Raynebow keeps taking photos because it is so beautiful. It's great to just hear her camera click every few seconds because of it. We are right next to the Sagamor" - The Pinnacle, devenmosher24, Dec 9, 2018
"A great day exploring some of the LP 9 mountains. Van Ho treated us to a little sleet and snow along with incredible views of the High Peaks and Catamount gave up some fun scrambles and phenomenal views." - Mount Van Hoevenberg, deb-and-rob, Oct 12, 2018
"I forgot to log this hike. Whoops! Solo. I wanted to go peep some leafs, so I decided to go out for this little hike. It certainly wasn’t peak, maybe a week before it. If I recall, it took me about 45 minutes to reach the summit, an easy climb. I had beautiful weather, great temperature & view. I spent a good deal of time at the top & chatted with a couple of nice people. On the way down I had a heck of a time navigating around two absolutely huge groups of older hikers. I was really thankful I was at the top when I was rather than having to share the summit with ~40-50 people. Nice little mo" - Mount Van Hoevenberg, kellieirene, Sep 27, 2018
