"I had hiked up here from the White Rocks trail a couple years ago and walked the A.T. through town a couple days ago while visiting the grandson in the area. So before I left to go home, finished the section south of Boiling Springs. The plaque is still on the rock near the summit sign but the Survey Marker is no longer in sight." — SteveM_StickMan • Aug 4, 2023

"Took a nice trail run with wifey leaving from Boiling Springs (Children's Lake) up through the fields along the AT up to Center Point Knob. Had a snack and ran back down to Boiling Springs. Stopped in at Cafe 101 for some celebratory coffee afterwards." — wiweasel • Jan 22, 2023

"Hiked up here on the way to visit the grandson for birthday week. This peak is actually on the Appalachian Trail, just a short way from the White Rocks Tr. junction. Climbed up to White Rocks viewpoint on the way. Met a SB thruhiker at the Knob, then checked out the A.T. north for about 1/2 mi. before returning the same way. Hot and humid day.
