"Parked at the Col de Soulor above Arrens Marsous. Took the trail round the south flank of the hill to the Lac de Soum. Then took the GR 101 west, diverting south-west on a smaller path to gain the summit. Then headed down the south ridge (Ganque de Camaout) on a faint path to rejoin the GR 101 back near the Col de Soulor. 6.2 km, with 225 m of ascent. 2 hours.
