These mountains are near the town of Pulpí, they have no trails so you have to climb between rocks and bushes.
Among some esparto plants I stumbled upon a small blackberry turtle, which hid in its shell when it saw me.
From the top of Cabezo Pelado I could see my second objective of the morning, the Cabezo Canillas, of lower altitude. In the end I made a circular route in mountains that seem to have no interest but that are a refuge for numerous plants and animals.
